Termination of Agreement
This agreement may be terminated immediately if the client is found to be involved in any illegal activities, hate speech, racism, abusive or offensive content, or defamation of any individual, community, or institution. In such cases, Mettur Digital Marketing reserves the right to discontinue services without notice or refund, and the client shall be solely responsible for any resulting losses or damages
Refund Policy
Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and costs are allocated upfront. However, a refund may be considered if Mettur Digital Marketing fails to deliver the agreed services. Any approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
Electronic Agreement
